The location was perfect, right next to the castle hill and a beautiful park. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good selection of food.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to a main train station, making it easily accessible by foot. it is in close proximity to the metro station, allowing for convenient transportation around the city. the hotel is situated near the picturesque castle district, offering guests the opportunity to explore one of the prettiest areas in town.
Some guests reported that there was a lack of basic information provided in the rooms, such as instructions for adjusting the air conditioning and a list of available TV channels.

The staff was really helpful and polite, going out of their way to accommodate us. They even upgraded us to a bigger and better room. The breakfast selection was great with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being very close to public transportation and key attractions.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard, with dirty drapes in the room. there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which even spread into the room when the door was open.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is superb, situated in a quiet area away from the main hustle and bustle but still easily accessible. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the Castle Hill. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a pleasant sleep even with the window open. Lastly, the breakfast was a real highlight, with a variety of delicious food served all day.

The staff at Ibis were helpful and were really good too ensure a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the metro station and just a few stops away from the City Center. There are also plenty of coffee shops and shops nearby. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food, and the bar offers a great selection of drinks. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
